The Golf Lab - Waiver of Liability

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
By clicking “I Agree” below, you acknowledge and accept that your use of the facilities, equipment, and services provided by The Golf Lab involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. You voluntarily assume all risks—both known and unknown—associated with the use of our golf simulators, equipment, and participation in any activities conducted on-site at The Golf Lab, located at 5000 Whitesburg Dr. Suite 190-194, Huntsville, AL 35802.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration for being granted access to our facility, you hereby release, waive, and discharge The Golf Lab, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to your use of our simulators and equipment, including—without limitation—any injury, loss, or damage sustained.
This release includes liability caused in whole or in part by the negligence of The Golf Lab or its representatives, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Use of Facility and Equipment
You agree to use all golf simulator equipment responsibly and in accordance with posted guidelines and staff instructions. You accept full financial responsibility for any damage to equipment or the facility that results from your misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
4. Medical Conditions and Emergency Care
By using our services, you affirm that you are in good physical health and capable of participating in golf simulator activities. You understand that The Golf Lab does not provide medical personnel or care on-site. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize The Golf Lab staff to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf and accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
5. Minors
If you are signing this agreement on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation, including all risks, liabilities, and responsibilities outlined in this waiver.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Golf Lab, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal fees, or costs resulting from your actions, behavior, or negligence while using the facility and its equipment.
7. Photography and Media Release (Optional)
By clicking “I Agree,” you grant The Golf Lab permission to use photographs or video recordings of you taken while using our facility for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation.

8. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama, and any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
