TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Golf Lab LLC (“The Golf Lab,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern entry into our facility, use of our website, reservations, memberships, leagues, retail transactions, and any related services. By booking simulator time, purchasing a membership, creating an account, or accessing Company digital properties, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or enter our facility.

1. Facility Access & Standards of Conduct
The Golf Lab is a privately owned indoor golf simulation and entertainment venue located in Huntsville, Alabama.

  • Guests must follow posted safety rules and respect active simulator bay areas.

  • Individuals under 18 may enter only under supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts full responsibility on their behalf.

  • We may remove any guest or suspend any member for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or intentionally damaging to people, equipment, or Company systems.

2. Reservations, Memberships & Purchases

  • Simulator reservations, league fees, memberships, retail equipment, and merchandise are processed through approved checkout systems, kiosks, or POS terminals.

  • Membership benefits, bay hours, promotional credits, and league prizes are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by The Golf Lab LLC.

  • All purchases are final unless a refund or cancellation policy was clearly disclosed at checkout or in a separate written agreement.

3. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Reservation modification or cancellation policies are based on terms displayed in your booking confirmation.

  • Tee times or bay hours may be forfeited for no-shows or late arrivals, as simulator time is reserved exclusively for your session window.

  • League and tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable due to prize funding, staffing, and competition preparation.

4. Equipment Use & Responsibility for Damage

  • Simulator bays include high-value technology such as projectors, launch monitors, computers, and AV equipment. Guests may not adjust or access these systems unless directed by staff.

  • Guests assume financial responsibility for any equipment or property damage caused by negligence, misuse, spilled food/drinks in simulator areas, or intentional misconduct.

  • Rental clubs, golf balls, and loaned equipment must be returned in the condition received.

5. Assumption of Risk

Golf simulator play involves swinging clubs, ball impact, equipment movement, and physical motion that may result in injury if performed improperly. By participating:

  • You acknowledge the activity carries inherent risk.

  • You agree to maintain full awareness when entering, exiting, or playing in simulator bay zones.

  • You assume personal responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those in your group.

6. Alcohol, Food & Approved Areas

  • Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas away from simulator hardware.

  • Alcohol may be served during approved operating hours or events in compliance with Alabama law. Guests agree to drink responsibly.

  • We may require any intoxicated guest to exit the facility without refund of simulator or membership time.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All Company digital assets, including but not limited to facility branding, logos, videos, training materials, forms, workflows, QR codes, graphics, text, photography, software interfaces, scoring formats, league systems, and online tools are owned by The Golf Lab LLC and protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.


You agree to the following restrictions:

  • You may not copy, clone, reproduce, frame, reverse engineer, scrape, store, resell, or republish Company digital content or technology without written permission.

  • Personal, non-commercial downloading of minimal content for private reference is allowed, provided all copyright notices remain intact and files are not redistributed.

Your use of our digital properties does not grant you ownership rights, licensing rights, or any professional advisory relationship unless covered by a separate signed agreement.

8. User Communications, Data & Security
You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access Company networks, internal systems, or computers

  • Upload harmful code, interfere with website or widget functionality, or attempt to interrupt Company systems

  • Submit content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity

We may terminate access immediately for any attempted security exploitation or violation of community safety.

9. Member Data & Privacy

  • Personal information (name, phone, email, league scores, reservation data, membership status) is used strictly for internal operations, facility access, league communication, and customer support.

  • We do not sell personal data.

  • Security cameras and monitoring software may be used in the facility for safety and operational integrity.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Golf Lab LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and facility operators from any claims or damages arising from misuse of our technology, injury caused by negligence, or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes must be filed within one (1) year of the event in question, or the claim is permanently barred. All legal matters shall be handled in Madison County, Alabama, under the laws of the State of Alabama.

12. No Waiver
No delay in enforcement of these Terms constitutes a waiver. Only a written waiver signed by an authorized representative of The Golf Lab LLC is legally valid.

13. Severability
If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed without impacting the remaining terms.
