6. How does simulator bay rental work?

All simulator reservations at The Golf Lab are booked and billed per bay - not per person. When you reserve a bay, your group has private access to the full simulator space for the time you selected. Each bay rental allows up to 6 players to participate during that session at the same hourly rate, making it ideal for group rounds, practice sessions, or competition nights.

7. Are bay rentals taxed or priced differently for groups?

No - pricing remains the same whether 1 or 6 players are in the bay. You are renting the bay experience, not individual player slots.

8. What are your rates for simulator bay play?

Hourly pricing varies based on bay availability, league play, and promotional packages. Detailed pricing is always visible at the time of booking through our checkout system.

9. Do you offer memberships or player passes?

Yes. We currently offer the following:

• Par Membership: 6 simulator hours per month - $149/month
• Birdie Membership: 10 simulator hours per month - $249/month
• Players Pass: $10 off each simulator hour - $20/month

Membership benefits apply to both league eligibility and merchandise discounts. Membership hours are non-transferable and tied to the primary member account.

10. Do you offer gift cards or bay credit packages?

Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase online or at our facility kiosk, and can be used toward simulator time, league play, retail gear, or merchandise.
