
The Golf Lab - Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. Policy Overview:
At The Golf Lab, our mission is to provide an exceptional experience for all golfers. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we maintain a 12-hour cancellation policy for all simulator bookings.
2. Cancellation Window:
All reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid cancellation fees.
3. How to Cancel:
Online Reservations: Cancel through our booking system at https://thegolflab.club
Phone Reservations: Call us at 256-425-7396.
In-Person Reservations: Visit us at 5000 Whitesburg Dr. Suite 190-194, Huntsville, AL 35802 to cancel.
4. Cancellation Fees:
12+ hours in advance: No cancellation fee.
Less than 12 hours in advance: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
No-Shows: Full booking fee will be charged.
5. Refund Policy:
12+ hours in advance: Full refund issued.
Less than 12 hours in advance: 50% refund of the booking fee.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.
6. Rescheduling Policy:
12+ hours before start time: Reschedule at no cost.
Less than 12 hours: Treated as a cancellation; fees apply as outlined above.
7. Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that life happens. In the event of an emergency or special circumstance, please call 256-425-7396 to speak with management. We’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
