The Golf Lab Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At The Golf Lab, we strive to provide an outstanding experience for every guest. Because simulator time is reserved exclusively for your booking, we ask that all guests follow our cancellation policy to ensure fair access for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

All simulator reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations

  • 12 or more hours before your reservation: No cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

  • Less than 12 hours before your reservation: You will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

Rescheduling

  • Reservations may be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience a medical emergency, severe weather, or another unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Management may waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion.

Payment Authorization

By booking a reservation with The Golf Lab, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
